Technical Communication

Technical communication is a method of researching and creating information about technical processes or products directed to an audience through media (Wikipedia, 2012). Technical Communicators produce business, and technical documentation for engineers, technicians, developers, and end users that involves front-end analysis, gathering  information, organizing and formatting the information, presentation, and usability testing. 

In order to become a success as a technical communicator or technical writer, one should have a technical skill with writing ability. It is also advised to take a course and read articles and books to become familiar with technical communication methodology.
